Da Vinci Approach

Strategy implementation is a crucial stage where change management, resource allocation and team collaboration are required to translate an AI strategy into action. But before we get there, we must identify a strategy that coincides with the overarching mission/objective by following these three phases:

Phase 1 - Identify Organizational Objectives

Identify goals, initiatives, and metrics that will be followed from initial definition to execution. Take it a step further and assign individual responsibilities so the objective(s) are met in an efficient manner.

Phase 2 - Scan Environment

Collect, analyze, and establish relationships based off of information from events and changes in the external environment. A good analytical capability forms from this, with which a business analytics software can then provide:

  • Data Collection and Analysis - Collects data from various sources like web, social media, etc.
  • Utilize Algorithms - Sorts out unstructured data to clean by removing duplicates and/or errors.
  • Insights - Runs queries on raw data, brings out actionable insights, and presents them in visual form (ex: graphs, charts, etc.).

Phase 3 - Formulate Strategy

This is where information systems come into play, they help detect signals, analyze, predict, and simulate scenarios to form an effective strategy. Based on the data collected, predictive growth scenarios can be simulated to detect where future challenges may lie. This functionality helps businesses predict market trends, staffing needs, sales, revenue, etc.
